Every year during the staff training period we try to bond together as a community. We try to come together and form long lasting relationships that help us to keep the atmosphere at camp light and fun. Part of the time we spend together as a community is an annual hike. Every year we hike up the Arcadia Bluff just North of camp. The experience was magical with perfect warm summer weather and another beautiful sunset to bring the night to a tremendous crescendo. You can really sense the peace and presence of God in that place! We pray for all of the staff members embarking on the 2010 RKD season and pray that they will continue to grow in their own faith as they are drawn closer to Jesus Christ by serving us and each other!
