Jason Bauer, Camp Arcadia’s program director, has decided to resign effective December 18, 2015. His intention is to return to his role as assistant pastor at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Interlochen, MI, where he served for ten years prior to coming to RKD. “It has been a privilege to serve at Camp Arcadia, a place my family and I dearly love, but I miss being a pastor. Thank you for all the love and support the Arcadia family has shown me.” remarked Jason.
We thank Jason for his service to Camp Arcadia’s ministry. Camp has benefited from his spiritual leadership and improvements to the morning youth program. More information will be released in the coming weeks regarding staffing plans in light of Jason’s departure.
