Registering to attend an Arcadia retreat is an easy process. Most people register by downloading a registration form and then mailing it back to camp with a deposit.
Depending on which retreat you want to attend, there may be many others wishing to register. Generally, the weeks with the greatest demand for space are the Family Weeks, especially those in July and early August, and the Omega Teen Retreat. We strongly recommend that if you wish to register for one of these retreats you should mail your completed registration form and deposit to Camp postmarked on or before the priority date of January 15, 2015.
Registration requests postmarked on or before the priority date of January 15 will be priority registration requests and will be included in the January Registration Drawing. Due to the great number of requests, we cannot guarantee that all those with priority registration requests will get in to their first choice or any other retreat.
