We are excited to announce the opening of Camp Arcadia’s Junior Staff program for all guests and cottagers entering 8th grade through college! Designed to connect the young leaders of our Camp community with meaningful service opportunities, this program gives teens a way to help out and experience a taste of what it’s like to be on Staff.
As a volunteer Junior Staffer, you’ll get firsthand experience working alongside our Program and Trading Post Staff. Whether you’re leading games in the Morning Youth Program, getting creative in the Craft Shop, or taking orders in the Trading Post, you’ll provide fantastic support to our full-time staff. To show our appreciation, all Junior Staff receive a Staff t-shirt, a Trading Post coupon, and exclusive take-home resources.
If you are a parent or guardian, please have your child fill out the application form directly. We want to hear directly from the teens why they want to serve and how they hope to grow this summer. To be considered for this year’s program, please submit the application by June 12, 2026.
We ask that our Junior Staffers commit to serving for at least one of the following weeks:
- Family Week 3 (July 5-11)
- Family Week 4 (July 12-18)
- Family Week 5 (July 19-25)
- Family Week 6 (July 26-August 1)
- Family Week 7 (August 2-8)
