Hi Will! We do not offer accommodations in Valpo for the Annual Meeting, however lunch is provided for in person attendees. Many who attend in person live in the area or are able to drive in for the day, though there are many hotels nearby if you were looking to stay in town.
Are you guys offering accommodations for Camp Arcadia?
