Please call the Camp office to find out about space availability.

Come to the women’s retreats and enjoy time of faith, fellowship, and fun. Enjoy conversation with women who are facing similar joys and challenges. It is a time of mentoring and healing, of laughing and relaxing and of learning and sharing designed specifically for adult women.

Everyday Confessions & Learning How to Forgive

All of us feel the need to both confess and find forgiveness, although we often find ourselves looking for both in all the wrong places. This weekend, we will explore what to do when we find ourselves or see someone else in desperate need of forgiveness in the midst of a world full of distraction.

Kelsi Klembara works as the general editor for 1517’s online resources. She is the co-editor of Theology of the Cross: Luther’s Heidelberg Disputation & Reflections on its 28 Thesis and holds a Master’s degree in Reformation Studies from Concordia University, Irvine. She lives with her husband, Doug, and son, Otto, in Dallas, Texas.

Speaker: Amy Meyer

Pause. Breathe. Love.

How are you at taking intentional time to pause and be still? How long has it been since you have taken 3 deep breaths? Do you need reminding that you are loved completely and perfectly by your Heavenly Father and that you are called to love others well? We will explore these areas to help with focus during your time with God.

Amy Meyer lives in Madison with her husband Jeff who is the lead pastor at the Church, where she serves as the Connecting Lifestyles Coordinator. They have 4 daughters – and 4 grandchildren (2 girls and 2 boys). She is the author of Snapshots and Stories: Increasing Awareness of God’s Faithfulness Through the Practice of Journaling

Dress for these weekends is casual — this is your time to unwind and leave your daily routine behind. Please arrange to have all children and spouses cared for at home. We will conduct our own Sunday morning worship, so leave heels and hose at home, too! Guests will want a sweatshirt or jacket for evenings, and jeans or shorts for daytime activities. Don’t forget to bring your suit for sunning or swimming.

Throughout the weekend, Women’s Retreat Coordinator Pat Maier and the guest presenters will share stories, lead discussions, and facilitate Bible study in large-and small groups.

Check-in is on Friday between 4 and 7:30. Dinner will be provided at either 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm depending on your dining time. The welcome and evening program begins at 7:15 pm at the Chapel on the Beach. The evening ends with social time on the patio.  Following a served breakfast in the morning are speaker sessions and breakout sessions.  A served lunch is provided for you to enjoy at Camp! Free time for several hours in the afternoon is the perfect opportunity to read, enjoy the beach, or take a well-deserved nap! Dinner is served at 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm and an evening session, singing and campfire fill our time! Check-out is after Bible study, worship and take out lunch on Sunday afternoon.
