The Fall Confirmation Retreat is designed to be a group retreat. Therefore, registration will be handled through a Group Contact who will act as the main contact person for the group. Each group is responsible for bringing their own counselors (adult leaders) for this retreat.
To register for one of the Fall Confirmation Retreats, please follow these steps:
- Download and complete the 2024 FCR Registration Form.
- Send the completed Church Group Registration form, along with the appropriate deposit for your group, to Camp Arcadia, P.O. BOX 229 Arcadia, MI 49613. The priority date for the retreat is May 1st. Registrations will be processed as they are received at Camp Arcadia on a first come first served basis.
- The group contact will receive a registration confirmation by email once the group has been successfully registered.
- The group contact will distribute the registration process for both students and adult leaders and return to Camp Arcadia by September 1st.

Scholarships
If you or someone in your group is in need of financial scholarship to attend a Fall Confirmation Retreat, please reach out to Camp Arcadia’s office (231) 889-4361 for more details. We never want cost to be a barrier to attending a Camp Arcadia Retreat.

Cancellation Policy
For 5+ People:
- Prior to September 1st: You will be issued a full refund of the $50 deposit per person or you can transfer the deposit to another person or you can apply the deposit to the church’s balance.
- After September 1st: You lose your $50 deposit per person. It is non-transferable.
For less than 5 people:
- More than two weeks from the start of the retreat: You will be issued a full refund of the $50 deposit per person or you can transfer the deposit to another person or you can apply the deposit to the church’s balance.
- Less than two weeks from the start of the retreat: Your deposit will not be refunded; it can only be transferred to another camper of the same gender from your church.
