Meet the 2025 Staff Department Heads

As Camp Arcadia’s 103rd season approaches, we are excited to announce the 2025 Department Heads who will lead their peers this summer on staff, in addition to the year-round permanent leadership staff. These Summer staff members act as leaders to foster a strong Christ-centered community among the staff and give the Department Heads an opportunity to practice management skills.

You may notice that there are a few more Department Heads this year than we normally have. This is an intentional decision to create more opportunities for returning staff to grow in their leadership skills and offer internship roles.
