- Cancellations after March 15: $50 cancellation fee
- Cancellation after May 15: cancellation fee equal to full minimum deposit of $200.
Step Two: Parents, provide required medical and other information
As part of the registration confirmation process, parents will be emailed a notice on March 15th to provide camper health history and other critical information. Once parents are sent this message, we ask that parents log back onto the Camp Arcadia registration portal and provide this information. These forms and the balance of the retreat payment are due on May 15th.
This is the link to the registration portal: https://camparcadia.campbrainregistration.com/
Regarding spending accounts: Spending accounts are used at Camp Arcadia in place of cash for purchases in our Trading Post and craft shop. The spending account limit for your camper is designated by the parent/guardian through the registration portal on the form titled “Supplemental Teen Retreat Information.” This amount is a recommendation to the camper. Camper is responsible to not exceed the limit. They are able to check their tab balance daily. To pay the balance of your camper’s spending account please stop by the office during check out to settle their account. If you are not picking up your child from camp, we will send you an invoice to pay online.
