Weddings
Guests of private weddings at Camp Arcadia are permitted to stay in rooms or cottages at Camp Arcadia for Friday and Saturday night of the event. These spaces may be rented earlier than Friday with permission from the wedding party.

The price for housing in the Inn or Cottages are as follows:
- Traditional Inn Room: $80 per night per room (includes sales tax)
- Private Bath Inn Room: $115 per night per room (includes sales tax)
- Aspen Cottage: $115/night
- Cedar Cottage: $190/night
- Spruce Cottage: $190/night
- Birch Cottage: $190/night
- Juniper Cottage: $380/night
To reserve housing at Camp Arcadia
To reserve housing during one of the private weddings, simply telephone the camp office at (231) 889-4361 during business hours and speak to Mike Pasche, Business Director. Payment in full is expected at the time of reservation. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit is fully refundable providing you notify us more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
Guests in the Inn or in a Camp Cottage are provided a continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. This will be served in the Inn lobby from 8:00 – 9:30 AM. Coffee will be served in the Inn lobby from 7:00 AM to Noon each day.
Rooms, cottages, and dorms are furnished with bed linens, blankets, bedspreads, towels, washcloths and a space heater if needed.
Check in is after 4:00 PM on arrival date. Check out is 11:00 AM on Sunday.
