Guest Information for Teen Retreats

This page has information that is very important once you are registered for a Camp Arcadia Teen Retreat.

First, read our cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled more than two weeks prior to the retreat will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the full minimum deposit.  Those cancelled less than two weeks prior to the retreat will be subject to a cancellation charge up to the full retreat cost of $295.

Second, open the Teen Week Camper Form document (below).  Much of the form can be filled out on your computer, but you MUST print the document after completing the majority of the forms.

Note that hand-signed signatures are required on the Health History Record, the Child Information Record, and the Camper Payment form.  Also, credit card information must be filled out by hand after printing the forms.  This information cannot be filled out from your computer.

Third, mail the completed forms to Camp any time between now and May 15th, 2010. These forms cannot be faxed to us.
