Serving on Summer Staff

The Camp Arcadia Summer Staff consists of approximately 36 people who work from Memorial Day through mid-August.  It also includes staff that can stay the entire season (Memorial Weekend – end of October.)  Positions are available in the areas of kitchen, housekeeping, program, facilities caretaking, office, archives and video production.  Those thinking about working as part of the Camp Arcadia summer staff, you should know that it is:

• A chance to explore your faith and relationship with God as part of a unique Christian community.
• A once-in-a-lifetime chance to make new friends, have a blast as You work and live in an intentional staff community of about thirty members.
• An opportunity to serve this sacred place and the people who renew themselves here, as well as to get to know these wonderful individuals and families.
• The chance to spend three months on the shores of Lake Michigan, exploring this fabulous area.
