How To Register
Registering for Camp Arcadia is an easy process. Simply complete the reservation form, include your deposit (check or credit card), and mail or fax it back to the office. Please use one form per family at the mailing address (for teen, women’s or men’s retreats please use one form per person). Depending on which retreat you want to attend, there may be many others wishing to register. Generally, the weeks with the greatest demand for space are the family weeks, especially those in July and early August, and the 9-11th Grade Teen Retreat. We strongly recommend that if you wish to register for Family Weeks or the 9-11th Grade Teen Retreat, then you should mail or fax your completed registration form and deposit to Camp postmarked on or before the priority date of January 11, 2010.

Sending Forms before the Priority Date
Mail that is postmarked anytime on or before January 11, 2010 will receive priority status in the registration process. These registrations will be handled at one time, before any forms sent in after the priority date. It does not matter what date the form is sent to Camp as long as it is postmarked on or before the priority date.
You will receive notice regarding your registration status (via email or post) by mid-February. This confirmation will show the balance due upon arrival at camp. Those who are not accommodated through this process will be placed on wait lists (see below).
Sending Forms after the Priority Date
Naturally, if your registration form is postmarked after the January 11, 2010 priority date and there is still room in the week, we will confirm your registration. You may check the availability status of retreats on the available housing page of this site or by calling the Camp Office. Many of our retreats (Golf Retreat, 8th & 9th Grade Retreat, Lutherhostel, Labor Day and Men’s and Women’s Retreats) fill much later in the spring or summer. Forms received after the priority date will be processed in the order in which they are received. Those who are not accommodated through this process will be placed on wait lists (see below).
Wait List
Those who are not accommodated through the registration process will be placed on wait lists. We only require that deposits be paid once you are actually registered (we don’t require a deposit to be on a wait list).
Multi-Family Groups at Family Retreats
Multi-family groups are welcome to register together for family retreats. Groups of up to 20 people wishing to attend the same week are what we consider “Group Reservations.” To make a Group Reservation, enclose all registration forms together in one envelope and mail or fax them together to the office, by the priority date. There is also a line in the “Registrants” section of the form for the name of the contact person for Group Reservations. This person will act as liaison between the Camp Office and the members of the group in the event that Camp Arcadia needs to coordinate with the group. Group Reservations are most easily accommodated in the weeks early or later in the summer.
Early LCA Registration
Lutheran Camp Association (LCA) members have the opportunity to register prior to the annual January drawing. A mailing is sent to LCA members in September each year that has instructions and a registration form for early LCA registration. If you are an LCA member and do not receive this mailing, please contact us. Early registrations requests are due no later than October 31, 2010.
