Cancellations and Changes

Please notify the Camp Office immediately of any changes or cancellations. Changes to reservations, including removing a person from the reservation, will result in a $30 administrative charge.

…For Family, Lutherhostel, Labor Day, and Golf Retreats:

Reservations canceled more than thirty days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to half of the minimum deposit. Reservations canceled less than thirty days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the full minimum deposit.

…For Teen, Men and Women Retreats:

Reservations canceled at any time will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the full minimum deposit.
