A Minor Dilemma
Sadly, the Minor Prophets are some of the least-read books of the Bible. They are frequently misunderstood as containing nothing but God’s judgment and wrath. These lectures will reveal both their message of hope and their surprising relevance to modern life.
Scott Christenson, Palatine, IL, Dean
Scott Christenson is the senior pastor of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Palatine, IL and a former Camp Arcadia staff chaplain. This is his sixth summer serving as a Dean at Camp Arcadia. Scott loves his amazing wife of 20 years, their two fantastic sons, the Chicago Cubs, Habakkuk 3:17-18, and playing the acoustic guitar.

Do you believe that God still speaks today? Throughout this week, we will explore the various ways God still speaks, and learn to hear and better recognize His voice in our daily lives. Each day’s lecture and discussion will help you grow in greater sensitivity to the voice of God.

Ryan Peterson is a teaching pastor, strategic leader, and director of LIFEjourney and Next Generation Ministries at St. John Lutheran Church in Ellisville, MO. Ryan is married to Kristy, and they have three young children who love camping and going to camp! This is Ryan’s second summer serving at Camp Arcadia.
