Hope Explored – Hope Geared

Hope in the Bible is never a wishy-washy ‘maybe,’ an uncertain ‘possibility,’ or an unsure ‘optimism’. Scriptural hope is the confident expectation, the sure certainty that what God has promised in the Word is true, has occurred, or will occur according to His Word. It changes how we see ourselves, what we value, and what we do with our lives in Christ. It puts us in gear! Join us as we explore Scriptural concepts and stories about hope.

He and his wife Patricia have four young adult children.

DO the Stones Cry Out? – Archaeological Discoveries and the Bible

Digs in Israel and other Bible lands are providing more and more hard evidence from the past. Do the results challenge or confirm the Scriptural record? Illustrated lectures will survey the most important excavations that impinge on the Old and New Testaments, with some delightful surprises for Christians.
