Stories That Changed the World
When Jesus wanted to make a point or relate an important truth, he often told a story. Often using simple concepts, his parables had deep and profound meaning. He was a master story teller. Jesus’ parables do make for great Sunday school lessons for children, but can they have an even greater impact on us as adults? Throughout our week together, we will delve deeply into one or two of Jesus’ parables each day. We’ll find new meaning, new insights, and fresh contemporary applications of the timeless truths that Jesus taught. We’ll grow and be stretched as we rediscover the parables of Jesus…stories that changed the world.

A Thirst for Your Word
Do you sometimes feel drained and exhausted by the blaring words of this 21st century world, which confuse and lead away from the true God? If so, let God give you an increasing thirst for the Word of Christ, so that you can live counter culture, renounce self-help, build a Biblical worldview, and find joy in sharing Christ with the spiritually thirsty. “Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly.”
