Cancellations and Changes To Reservations

Please notify the camp office immediately of any changes or cancellations.

• Reservations canceled before March 15 will be refunded the full deposit.
• Reservations canceled after March 15 will be subject to a $50 cancellation charge.
• Reservations canceled after May 15 will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the full minimum deposit.
• Removing people from a reservation will result in a $50 administrative charge after March 15.
