The Lutheran Camp Association (LCA) is the group of about 1,000 families, women, and men who own and operate Camp Arcadia.   This group of committed Arcadians supports Camp’s unique ministry and mission.

The LCA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization registered in the State of Michigan.   Families or individuals may apply to join the Lutheran Camp Association for a nominal lifetime donation of $400.  Members of the association receive newsletters about the camp and are permitted the opportunity to early register for a vacation at Camp Arcadia.

The Annual Membership Meeting of the Lutheran Camp Association will be held on October 16, 2010 at Grace Lutheran Church in River Forest, Illinois. River Forest is a western suburb of Chicago. The time of the meeting is 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (central time) with a catered lunch offered. During the meeting, reports will be given for the membership and an election for the board of directors will be held. Please plan to attend or at a minimum send your proxy vote to the camp office or another member of the association who is planning to attend.  Voter information and proxy forms will be mailed to all LCA members in early September. Contact the camp office to sign up for this meeting.
